Avid Pro Tools Ultimate Overview

Avid Pro Tools | Ultimate is the industry-standard digital audio production platform, with software that tightly integrates optional HD hardware and a computer together. The software includes all the tools, advanced workflows, virtual instruments, and plug-ins needed to compose, record, edit, and mix music and/or sound for picture, and delivers performance with reliability, even when working with large mixes.

This perpetual license comes with a 1-Year Software Updates and Support Plan that ensures access to the latest enhancements, future software updates, the Complete Plugin Bundle, and ExpertPlus support, as long as the plan is active.

Users who wish to retain access to software updates, the Complete Plugin Bundle, and ExpertPlus support after the initial 1-year period need to purchase a 1-Year Software Updates and Support Plan Renewal before their current updates and support plan expires.

The active 1-Year Software Updates and Support Plan currently attached to your Perpetual license can be renewed at any time before it expires, or up to 30 days after its original expiration date (30-day grace period). The original end date (month/day) remains if renewed during the grace period.

If you did not renew your 1-Year Software Updates and Support Plan before it expired and still want access to software updates, the Complete Plugin Bundle, and ExpertPlus support, you must either buy another Perpetual license, or switch to a Subscription by purchasing a Perpetual Crossgrade to 2-year Subscription license (surrender of Perpetual license is required for Crossgrade).

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Courrier.

If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

RETURN POLICY

• Articles are accepted for return in case of any manufacturing defect if returned in an unused condition within 10 days from the date of delivery.
• You may return any article subject to our acceptance on the condition that it was not worn, damaged, resized, engraved or altered.
• On receipt of the product, our quality assurance department will review the condition and make a declaration of acceptance or non acceptance.
• On the basis of the declaration, we will inform you the status within 7 working days of receiving the product.
• On acceptance for product return, we will process your request for the refund within 7 working days.
• Refunds on the purchases made with the credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please allow one month billing cycle in order for your credit card to appear.
• International Shipping charges (for all items shipped outside UAE) will be deducted for all returns based on the applicable shipping charges.
